Types:

Primary
The collection or cultivation of resources. Before they are processed the resources have to be taken from the earth.
Examples include:

• Fishing
• Oil and Gas

Secondary
The processing and manufacturing of the resources and items collected in the primary stage. This is where products
are made before the are shipped and sold to companies. Takes the raw materials and produces finished goods.
Examples include:

• Engineering
• Food Processing and Cooking
• Textile Manufacturing
• Automobile Manufacturing

Tertiary
The selling and service industry. Takes the finished products from the manufacturing, secondary, industry
and sells them. It makes them available to the consumer market.
Examples Include:

• McDonalds
• Winners
• Shell Station
• Car Dealerships
